...and you will be provided with an updated and detailed Subdivision Map showing all lots sold, under contract, and available for sale, from $7,550 USD to $13,250 USD, as well as answers to all your questions.
2) Make your selection of lot or lots, with a reservation deposit of $750 US per lot, by Visa/Mastercard (or bank wire transfer).
3) A completed Purchase Agreement will be sent to you, and the balance of payment can be made by Visa/Mastercard or by bank wire transfer in US funds.
IT'S REALLY THAT SIMPLE!
Once your final payment has been received, your Deed of Conveyance (title) will be issued by the Lands Registry. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks from final payment. Once your original Deed of Conveyance has been issued, we will scan and email a copy to you for you to verify that all the information is correct and properly spelled. After that, your original Deed of Conveyance will be sent to you by registered mail. Congratulations, you are now the owner of a beautiful Caribbean property on Ambergris Caye, Belize.
